Di Giacomo - Manager of Green Forward Planning Carl Di Giacomo is a Green Consultant and a Green Rater accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Carl brings a unique perspective to Newman Consulting Group. He has been in construction as a project manager, consultant, subcontractor, general contractor and developer for residential and commercial construction for more than 35 years. He is a corporate member of USGBC and CaGBC (Canada Green Building Council), Co-Chair of LEED for Homes in the Detroit Regional Chapter and a member of the South Florida Chapter. Newman - Manager of Strategic Planning  Charles Newman has more than 40 years of industry experience – 28 years as part of the Ford Motor Company management team, and more recently as founder of a strategic planning and merger/acquisition consulting company. During the past 12 years, he has provided these services to a broad variety of Fortune 500 manufacturing and service companies. Charlie's business experience includes purchasing, finance, product planning and export planning, as well as strategic and business planning. Recently, Charlie published a book entitled, “Beyond the Chicken Dance” based on his real life experiences.
